"I had State Farm for a few years and my experience with them has been subpar. I'd stay away from State Farm as a whole because they'd rather pay celebrities and athletes more money using our premiums than to pay our claims as they should. As an agent you'd think you'd try and vouch for your constituents...but no. I get a call telling me State Farm will not be renewing because of my claim history. I've gotten windshield replacements because I have $0 deductible glass coverage? I've used my roadside assistance because I pay extra for that in my policy? She told me yes I dont agree with it but I can't do anything about it. Well, this should be mentioned before selling us on a policy that you couldn't maintain in the first place. You happily take my money each month from my bank account but the moment I want to use the coverage I PAY FOR its an issue? Stop paying athletes and celebrities to market your insurance, and downsize by firing the thousands of insurance agents making BS promises so they can get a check! I'm disgusted by this company. As an agent all I've ever heard was "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do..." then why are you even in that profession because the moment I called you for a policy you mention we can do this, this and that...but once it came around for you to do something...you did nothing."
